The original concept was created by Juan Cruz, Rafel Barcelo, Julia Cot and Enric Pardo, “Vintage” is committed to the genre mix of drama (comedy with a touch of dramatic) and follows characters of 2 people who are as played by Folk and Lluis Villanueva of Egar and Egar – who are nearing the age of sixty and are wondering what they’re doing in a world spinning too fast, and they aren’t sure what to make of it.
Work, children, and wives are part of the whole scenario that will enable us to become acquainted with Paco who is a director of commercial operations within the wine industry and Genis the New Age psychologist better. Carme Plá along with Diana Gomez are the feminist antagonists to the story.
Paco loses control of his vehicle after a night of drinking at a party, believing that he’s still able to meet a cute girl. Pie is the wife of his friend Genis is having the entire savings of their marriage taken by an Tinder fraudster. They are two of their friends who at the age of sixty, suddenly realize that their world is about to end and they’re no longer in a position to enjoy an enjoyable time is over.
The film, directed by David Martin Porras and Elia Urquiza, opens with Paco is a charming older man from the old school who shows his charm both to make wine and be a conqueror, embarks on an adventure and is involved in an accident with disastrous consequences.
