UnPrisoned Storyline
Paige has finally seen her father after serving 17 years of prison. The show focuses on the father-daughter pair to heal their relationship, which includes Paige letting her father move into. The show is a comedy about a messy, yet perfect couple therapist and a single mother whose life is completely turned upside down after her father comes out of jail and moves in with her along with her son who is now a teenager.
Unprisoned is a story about a therapist for relationships and a single mother Paige who is played by Washington whose life is changed when her father who is played by the actor Delroy Lindo, is released from prison and is able to join her with her teenage son. The comedy show is created by Tracy McMillan, who previously co-wrote Mad Men and has experienced firsthand what it was like growing up in a family with a drunk father to come.
