Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies Storyline & Synopsis
The musical series was inspired by the film of the same name which starred John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John. It is set in the 1950s in which there were Pink Ladies and the T-Birds remained in control of the school The series will include certain characters you’ve already met as well as many others you’ll soon get to meet. Rise of the Pink Ladies includes musical numbers, which include songs from the past and original music compositions.
They’ve captured the spirit of the classic film, in which the original film, just like Rise of the Pink Ladies takes place in the past but is still relevant to the present. They say that the T-Birds are the coolest bunch in school at the moment However, four of them are tired of them. Looking to have fun in their own way, they start an uprising in Rydell High School that will never be the same.
The prequel series is celebrating its debut with the same retro vibe and brand new music, songs and dance. The characters here aren’t The Pink Ladies nor the male group in the film T-Birds are the coolest in school, but instead , a group of underdogs that find an inner community that is not in the same group as the popular ones. The show seems to begin before the film’s Gang directors Rizzo as well as Frenchie and is instead a collection of new characters played by a diverse group of young and mostly undiscovered actors.
