Night Court Story
This sitcom follows night employees of the courtroom in Manhattan in their handling of court cases. Harry Anderson’s successor to Judge Harry T. Stone in the original series was the Big Bang Theory’s, Melissa Rauch. Night Court is the new series. Night Court follows Judge Harry T. Stone’s daughter, Abby Stone (Melissa Rauch) who has large shoes that she must fill when she fills in for her father on the bench of the night shift on the Manhattan Municipal Court and is known as an ever-optimist.
Fielding returns to the opposite part of the courtroom following being appointed a public defender for the court. From the footage, we can speculate Abby Stone is the one who has recruited Fielding to fill the new position. Rounding in the group is Olivia (India de Beaufort). The sitcom followed the young and unconventional Judge Harry T. Stone (Harry Anderson) as he ruled on hilarious and bizarre cases in the evening shift of the Manhattan Criminal Court.
The immensely popular sitcom that took home seven Emmys in its nine seasons with NBC from 1984 until 1992 is back with brand-new adventures. This time, Big Bang Theory actress Melissa Rauch, who is also an executive producer on the show, plays Abby Stone, the daughter of Harry Stone (played by the late Harry Anderson in the original series) who later became an Emmy-winning judge herself.
