Skip and Loafer Storyline & Synopsis
Fantastic pupil Iwakura Mitsumi, a top student at Iwakura High School has long fantasized about leaving her hometown and going to an elite school, and making a positive impact on the world. However, she’s so focused on getting there that she’s not ready for the completely different (and intimidating) city life that is waiting for her at a Tokyo university. Fortunately, she’s made fast acquaintance with Shima Sousuke, a gorgeous classmate who’s just as relaxed as she is well-prepared.
The Skip and Loafer manga kicked off in the pages of Kodansha’s Monthly Afternoon back in August 2018. Skip and Loafer drawn by Misaki Takamatsu is a source of inspiration for the idea of a TV anime. Kodansha confirmed on Monday that Skip and Loafer manga will receive an anime adaptation. production details will be announced shortly, but in the meantime, the author has published an illustration to celebrate the news.
