Sweet Tooth Storyline & Synopsis
Sweet Tooth is based on the comics of Canadian creator of comics Jeff Lemire. The story is set in an apocalyptic post-apocalyptic society that includes hybrids. The post-apocalyptic story takes place on a planet that is afflicted by a cataclysmic illness where children are born half-human and half-animal. They are frequently targeted by people who believe they are responsible for every catastrophe. Christian Convery portrays young Gus the deer’s part who becomes friends with the mysterious, lonely Jepperd.
The show depicts a post-apocalyptic world in which the majority of humanity has been killed by an unnatural virus. The virus also created hybrid babies. These include half human and half animal. One of these hybrids is Gus. Gus has been born half human and half deer and is living with his dad in an isolated area.
