Totally Completely Fine Storyline & Synopsis
The woman is in her late 20s, living in a shabby flat, and dealing with alcohol addiction. After accidentally burning the food truck of her brother, Vivian inherits the home of her grandfather located at the top of the high cliff. Strangely enough, they’ve been able to respond to her nihilistic and chaotic mental state. Perhaps, just maybe, by rescuing these people she’ll eventually begin to help herself.
The self-destructive Vivian finds out that the estate on the cliffs she has been given is the site of suicides and suicides, she is charged with being its guardian and helping those who have lost their souls and are set to commit suicide. Totally Completely Fine will be an uplifting and optimistic comedy about the growing mental health crisis and the complexity of grief and the ways that our grief can bring us together.
This angry and forceful woman is influencing people to step off of the edge. Maybe by helping others, she can learn to save her own life. The executive producers are Nat Lindwall and producer Alice Willison. Totally Completely Fine is a Sundance Now Original Series in partnership together with Stan as well as Screen NSW and is a Fremantle Australia production.
