In their new miniseries, ‘Boat Story’, two people find a stash of illicit drugs in a boat that has been washed up. However, their joy quickly becomes a massive amount of misery, as they are targeted by the mafia boss who is obsessed with revenge as well as his hitman and police.
Two strangers with financial problems, Janet (Daisy Haggard – Back to Life, Breeders) and Samuel (Paterson Joseph – Vigil, Noughts & Crosses) discover an ounce of cocaine on an unintentionally sunk boat and are delighted over their lucky break. They decide to sell the drug and split the proceeds however they soon become caught up in a tangle with police, masked hitmen, and the well-dressed gangster that is known by the name of “The Tailor” (Tcheky Karyo – Baptiste, The Missing).
