Heartland is a story about life at the Hearland ranch for horses in which neglected and abused horses are treated to a cure. After the demise of their mother it’s up to 15-year-old Amy to save the family’s business. Amy has a job as a horse whisperer just as her mother. Along with Lou, her sibling Lou and her grandfather Jack she is determined to ensure that Heartland’s dream is kept alive.
What is the process to get into acting? Each story is unique. Some train and get found, while others are fortunate enough to stumble into it. This was the case for Graham when he was a young boy. He was in a waiting room along with his mother. It’s not clear the reason. In any event they were unaware that they were auditioning for a commercial. It’s not often put in large, bold letters on the front door to avoid the possibility of a storm.
Graham was able to make it through the audition and was chosen for a commercial with a toy. The boy was featured on various television shows which included The New Addams Family, Life as We Know It and Supernatural. Graham was a fan of acting, and enrolled in Capilano University’s Motion Picture and Production Program at Capilano University in Vancouver. He completed his studies in 2007.

The very first episode of Heartland was an emotional scene where Amy suffered the death of her mother. This was also the first hysterical scene of the hit show. We sat down with our favorite Ty Borden and found in him our favorite good-looking guy with a tiny heart. Ty and Amy shared a love that we all were at times jealous of. Amy was able to convince the bad boy to make a change. And Heartland would not be Heartland without stunning and amazing horses in each episode.
