High Desert Storyline & Synopsis
In the show, Arquette portrays the role of a private investigator in a small town in California who has to deal with her past as well as the problems of the town’s inhabitants. The show follows Peggy who is an addict on and off and decides to take new beginnings following the passing of her beloved mother, who lived in the tiny town in the desert in Yucca Valley, California. Peggy makes a life-altering decision to work as a private detective.
Behind the Cameras also features familiar faces like Ben Stiller as executive producer which he shares alongside Patricia Arquette. This High Desert series tells the story of an addict who is determined to be a private investigator. Peggy played by Patricia Arquette, is a former addict who decides to begin from scratch after the loss of her mother with whom she resided in the tiny and deserted city of Yucca Valley, California, and decides to work as an investigator for private companies.
It’s the same about her personal life. In the end, her family members weren’t happy with her work. If former clients continue to come by to get a bargain and take advantage of your past, it’s hindering your progress. Arquette and Stiller have collaborated previously on projects like Severance as well as Escape from Dannemora. Patricia Arquette will be responsible for the creation of this character dubbed Peggy. You won’t be on your own in this adventure since it is confirmed that three other actors will join her on this journey: Matt Dillon, Bernadette Peters, and Christine Taylor.
