Good News for Fans of Leyla and Ömer
Finally, some actual good news. No cancellation. No endless waiting. No vague “we’ll see” statements.
Thank You, Next—or Kimler Geldi Kimler Geçti if you prefer the original Turkish title—is officially coming back for a fourth season. And Netflix has locked in a premiere date.
May 15, 2027. Mark it down.
I know a lot of fans were nervous after Season 3. The show had some pretty major shakeups. Characters left. New ones showed up. The whole dynamic felt different by the finale. But apparently, the streaming numbers were strong enough to justify another round.

What’s Season 4 Going to Be About?

Leyla had just gone through that massive divorce case that basically defined her career. The whole thing with Cem Murathan—that narcissistic serial divorce guy—got incredibly messy. And her relationship with Ömer was… complicated. When is it not complicated with these two?
Season 4 will probably pick up with Leyla dealing with the aftermath of that case. Success doesn’t always feel good, and she learned some hard lessons about how far she’s willing to go to win.
There’s also the whole Tuba Tepelioglu situation. The famous third wife. Her case was the “case of the year” for a reason. And I doubt all of that got resolved neatly.
Plus, the show’s title. Thank You, Next. The whole premise has always been about moving on from bad relationships and toxic people. But Leyla keeps getting pulled back into the orbit of people she should probably avoid. That tension is what makes the show work.
Who’s Coming Back for Season 4?
The core cast is returning:
- Serenay Sarıkaya as Leyla Taylan. She’s the heart of the show. Honestly, I can’t imagine it without her.
- Metin Akdülger as Ömer. The chef. The love interest. The guy who keeps showing up exactly when Leyla needs someone.
- Ulka Simone Mohanty as Beliz. She does the English voice work too, which is interesting. Playing the same character in two languages must be tricky.
Other familiar faces should be back as well. Hakan Kurtaş as Cem? Probably. Boran Kuzum as Feyyaz? Hopefully. That character added a lot of chaos in earlier seasons.
Are Episodes Weekly or All at Once?
This is Netflix we’re talking about. They drop everything at once.
No waiting week to week. No cliffhangers that make you anxious for seven days. Just eight episodes ready to binge whenever you want.
Some people prefer the weekly format. Builds anticipation, they say. But for a show like this? Binge all the way. The story flows better when you can watch multiple episodes in a row.

Where Do They Film This Show?
Mostly in Istanbul. The city is basically a character in the show at this point.
Some exterior shots on the streets. Some interiors in studio sets. The usual mix for a Turkish drama. Istanbul has that beautiful blend of old and new architecture that works perfectly for a show about modern relationships with old-fashioned complications.
What’s Coming
Season 3 ended on a note that felt like a turning point. Leyla had grown a lot. She wasn’t the same person we met in Season 1, still recovering from that first heartbreak.
Season 4 has a chance to push her even further. What does success look like when you’ve already won the biggest case of your career? What do you do next?
