On the other side, Zambrano ( Gabriel Goity ) was left by his wife, is living in a solitary apartment and is in a state neglect. This peace is shattered when Lucila Morris ( Maria Abadi ) known as the owner of a NGO that is a solidarity is able to move into the building. She is ready to tidy up the accounting of the building and replace the head of the consortium with the title of a Council of owners.
Eliseo is frightened by his fear that Morris will discover the agreements he has made with the various suppliers. And at his astonishment it turns out that Zambrano also runs his own business that is dark within the same building. Though they both hate one another, Eliseo and Zambrano will be forced to work together in order to defeat this new, threat.
The interactions between neighbors ranging through elevator chats, gossip, and even secret pacts and the routines of the building serve as the backdrop for the constant, but camouflaged presence of the computer at the helm, a master in understanding, observing and manipulating all that is happening in the surrounding area.
