LA Fire & Rescue Storyline & Synopsis
NBC introduces real-life heroes in “LA Fire & Retrieval”, a brand new docu-series produced by Wolf Entertainment (producers behind NBC’s popular comedy “Chicago Fire”) and Universal Television Alternative Studio and 44 Blue Productions. The series provides a rare glimpse to the inside operations of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The series focuses on real-life incidents and dramas while giving a face to brave firefighters who put their lives at risk for the sake of serving. These real-life heroes with compelling stories are presented alongside the perilous dangers they encounter in the trenches between their lives and deaths. It’s educational, entertaining and often it’s just inspirational.
LA Fire & Rescue gained unprecedented access to the Los Angeles County Fire Department to shoot a docuseries which shows first responders responding to actual and hazardous calls. There’s never a shortage of emergency calls in a city that is comprised of 2300 square miles, with millions of people spread across the 59 cities and all types of terrain.
