Based on legends, long ago, the powerful mountain troll was a king of in the Nordic region and caused chaos. The four trolls including the goblins, fairies, witches, and the human race – were able to make him sleep thanks to the magical amber. However, one day, an individual stumbles upon the amber and breaks the spell that kept the troll in a state of sleep. Twelve-year-olds Saga and Love two humans and a troll join together to stop this mountain troll awakening up and destroying the world once more.
The event that we take into the Christmas season 2023 is actually a continuation of the story that Trolltider version 1979 concluded. A troll from the mountain has been ruling the North however, the four inhabitants comprised of fairies, trolls, and witches – have put him to bed with the aid of the magical amber. Then, the impossible happens: the amber’s magic which keeps him in a state of sleep is broken. Twelve-year-olds Saga and Love both a human and a Troll, unite to stop that Mountain Troll from waking up and claiming the world once more. The action begins at a thrilling beginning.
Some of the characters that were featured in Trolltider from 1979 may be seen in the new tale: the beautiful fairy Dorabella and the wicked witch Mara and the shrewd Vatten as well as the grumpy master of strength Gorm and the charming however, slightly dumb Troll Kotte.
