Queen of Oz Storyline & Synopsis
It’s based upon an original concept by her and is based on the story of Princess Georgiana as one of the sheep in the imaginary British royal family that is a party-goer who has it all. In the wake of her latest scandal, her King’s father is forced to take the unusual step of renunciating his Australian the throne to his daughter. The hope is that giving her a real role could be the turning point of her. And if it doesn’t, at the very least, shipping her off keeps her a good 10,000 miles from London.
Queen of Oz is a 30-minute comedy that runs for six parts. The show was created by Catherine Tate and Jeff Gutheim It’s based on an original idea of Tate along with Borga Dorta. To make her more accountable The King takes the unusual decision of abdicating his Kingship in Australia only to force her to go down to the underworld to become the Queen.
With a pathetic entourage and a pathetic entourage, the Queen Georgiana of Australia runs screaming and screaming to a country that she is not interested in, other than her Hemsworth Brothers. Catherine Tate will star in the lead role and will also executive produce the show. We are sure we know that British and Australians as well as viewers from all over the world will be thrilled by this hilarious take on royals in Australia.
