The walls of this hotel as the world is raging with turmoil Rostov’s initial quiet existence is transformed into a journey of emotional awakening. Over the course of a long period and decades, he develops a brand new life which reveals the core of friendship as well as the bonds of family and the unending force of love all within the confines an hotel.
The story is adapted from the best-selling international novel Amor Towles, the series follows the story of the character of Alexander Rostov, played by Ewan McGregor. His extravagant life is ruined after his involvement in the Russian Revolution.
The mini-series A Gentleman in Moscow is set in the 1920s and follows the adventures of the Count Alexander Rostov (Ewan McGregor) Aristocrat from the opposite part in the Russian Revolution. He will spend the next three years in”the Hotel” Metropol”.
