Alter Ego Storyline & Synopsis

In the intriguing drama’Alter Ego’ the main character is Gilles who is faced by the sudden loss of his lover Romy in his early years. A few years later, he’s still grieving over that devastating grief until the appearance of a mysterious person emerges, making Gilles beg questions about every aspect of his life. He is determined to find out to what took place back the moment it happened. The search leads him to Salvator the company, which appears to be more than just a bank for private individuals.

Along along with dad Lucas (Wouter Hendrickx) and his father Lucas, he uncovers the secret and dark realm of the Saviors who are the clones of death. They are largely unnoticed by the masses to complete their goal of touching those whose ‘last hour’ has been defeated. However, when one of the clones (Taeke Nicolai) walks out and stares Gilles directly in his face and loses her appearance, she is unable to move. She’s also required to seek out an explanation and then discovers that they have a lot of similarities with Gilles.

Ward Kerremans (‘Billie vs Benjamin’) and Taeke Nicolai (‘The Chapel’) play the leading roles in the show. Other roles include Wouter Hendrickx (‘Storm Lara’), Karlijn Sileghem (‘Holly’), Viv Van Dingenen (‘De Twaalf’), Gunther Lesage (‘Onderhuids’), Zineb Fallouk (‘Mocro Mafia’), Michael Pas (‘Assizes’) and Koen De Bouw (‘Two Summers’).
