The film is a novel story that no one has ever seen before. It is a story that reveals two worlds: the actual world of Yokosuka which is depicted live-action. Then there is the world of Oupananta which is where dragons live, which is illustrated in animation. Sena Nakajima is the character of Nagi an imaginative high school girl who lives in Yokosuka and Daikane Okuhira portrays the role of Time.
On the other hand the images of Time The other main character, the fallen dragon rider show his genuine and honest thoughts as he fights to save his hometown and says, “Can’t you save the world without hurting anyone?” This is followed by a few words that show the message. Even though he can’t “listen to the voice of the dragon” which is essential for the dragon’s ride, Time is taking it much more than any other person and is never satisfied until the end of time, as he embarks the journey of a lifetime which involves not just Oupananta but as well life in the world. The anticipation is growing for what kind of show Time will deliver.

The realities in Yokosuka and Upananta are seamlessly interspersed this is the main element of this film as well and the worlds that are Yokosuka as well as Upananta are interspersed, creating an action movie than it has ever been. Nagi who lives in Yokosuka is a friend of Time along with the dragon Gaffin which lives in Woopananta and appears from the shelves inside her living room. To save Oupananta who is in danger of collapse Nagi can help Time find the hero actor transferred into the world of reality, however, while doing so, Nagi will be engaged in a massive fight over a ‘one truth that is found in two different worlds.
