The Best of Us Storyline & Synopsis
In Bessans the scene is an explosion. A few days prior to it was time for the Biathlon World Championship, Abel Guerin, the local champion, was discovered in the firing line of training and was shot in the head. Lieutenant Awa Sissako (Mariama Gueye) is a member of the Grenoble Gendarmerie, is sent on the scene to help Lt. Achille Salvi (Nicolas Gob). She’s not exactly the person to do the job. She does not know much about sports as well as biathlon and doesn’t like snow. However, he’s a child from the countryside. He is a bit caught up in his personal feelings. She doesn’t have any connections and doesn’t have any preconceived notions.
Everyone is afraid everyone is scared: the family of the victim’s victim and his family members, his girlfriend and his coach, as well as the director of sports for his team, and the sports director of France team. They all describe an amazing and affectionate young man widely admired and loved. However, during the course of the investigation the perfect picture is shattered each day.
The series starts with the investigation into the death of a sportsman Abel Guerin in the village of Bessans. Abel was shot dead with one shot in the forehead.
