Ruby Speaking Storyline & Synopsis
The six-part show follows Ruby and her coworkers in the Bristol call center of Hellocom. The heart and soul of her work environment, Ruby struggles to read from the script that life and work forced upon her, but instead chooses to follow her own erratic route. The ads are humorous observations about office life and the way that clowns have entered the workforce. They add a dash of humor and color to the office.
“Ruby Speaking” is a brand new scripted comedy series from Yellow Door Productions. The show was co-created by and starring comedy and actress Jayde Adams, as well as produced by Abigail Wilson. Alongside the famous celebrity lineup, four professional dancers will be featured in the upcoming season of Strictly making the largest roster ever for the show.
Adams portrays the character Ruby who is a new part of the customer support team in the Bristol call center of Hellocom. With a lively and humorous persona, Ruby finds it hard to stick to her planned scripts, and in her personal life, she chooses to follow her individual way. Ruby Speaking was created by Adams.
