Surf Girls Hawai’i Storyline & Synopsis
Surf Girls Hawai’i follows a new generation of Native Hawaiian female surfers as they battle for a place in the elite World Tour. Amazon Prime Video is ready to take on the waves in Surf Girls Hawai’i. The new documentary series, set to premiere in July and will follow five aspiring Hawaiian surfers as they battle to make it onto the world’s most prestigious surfing circuit.
The five-part series gives surfers and viewers an in-depth look at the lives and skills of Moana Jones Wong, Ewe Wong, Maluhia Kinimaka Pua DeSoto, and Brianna Cope, as they navigate their lives with their families and personal. Training to compete against the top surfers around the world.
A brand new trailer of Surf Girls Hawai’i dropped earlier this morning, showcasing Oahu’s North Shore as “the mecca of surfing.” Viewers are presented to Maluhia Kinimaka, Moana James Wong, Brianna Cope, Ewe Wong, and Pua DeSoto five childhood pals who are described as being the “next generation of Native Hawaiian surfing.” Although the five girls might be friends on the land but it’s evident that when their boards land on the waves the odds are stacked against them as they battle to show themselves as professional surfers.
