Zombieverse Storyline & Synopsis
The show takes inspiration from the success of scripted Korean zombie shows like Kingdom and Alive, and does not skimp on authenticity. The creators behind the cult Netflix series All of Us Are Dead have contributed their talents to create a realistic experience. Yes, zombies have a prominent role to play in the show.
In the in the midst of a deadly zombie virus outbreak in Seoul contestants are tasked with a series of difficult tasks and must outwit the undead to stay alive. Teamwork is crucial since those who are bitten by zombies is left in the dust.
While the idea has similarities to the American reality TV show The Colony, Zombieverse’s key distinct feature is, obviously its zombies. Contestants need to be prepared to beat the undead on difficult quests if they hope to make it through the game alive.
The actors are shown in a race against the zombies at various places throughout Seoul such as the famous nightlife areas in Hongdae as well as a local market and an amusement park. Zombieverse is a forthcoming reality show that promises to blend themes of horror and survival with entertainment in a thrilling and innovative method.
